Study and care for the foot. Trained in surgical procedures, foot biomechanics, and the fitting and construction of orthotic devices

Direct athlete to proper health care. Compile medical history, diagnose injury. Decide on treatment/ return to play, attends practice and games at times.
Physical therapist
Supervise, develop, and oversee rehab programs. Treat a variety of populations.
Physiatrist
A doctor specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
Nutritionist
Consult large athlete departments, eating programs geared toward specific sports, and provide individuals with nutritional counseling.
Radiologist
A medical doctor who specializes in diagnosing and treating conditions and injuries using imaging equipment.
Massage therapist
Treat clients by using touch to manipulate the muscles and other soft tissues of the body: therapists relive pain, help head injuries, and improve circulation
Biomechanist
Possess expertise in analysis of human motion. Computer and video equipment to analyze motion. Looks for faulty mechanics and reduced potential for injury
Sports physiology/ mental trainer
Help with matters regarding psychological issues in rehabilitation. Intercessions to help cope with stress and improved performance
Coaches
Understand roles of each person involved in an emergency especially in the absence of a trainer and first aid training.
