Speedy & public trial by impartial jury, aware of criminal charges, right to lawyer

7th Amendment

Right to trial by jury in federal courts with civil cases

8th Amendment

No cruel or unusual punishment nor excessive bail or fines

9th Amendment

Rights not mentioned in Constitution are still protected

10th Amendment

Any powers not given to federal government belong to states
