Reduce only secondary: syrup −1 pump; sauce −¼ pump.
What is half sweet?
Both main and secondary reduced to 50%.
What is quarter sweet?
Both main and secondary reduced to 25%.
Which flavor always gets an extra pump?
Peppermint.
What is the honey sauce rule?
Always 1 scoop per size unless used as drizzle.
What is the cream rule for Americanos?
Extra cream +1 oz; light cream −1 oz (small = ½ oz minimum).
What is unsweetened cold foam?
Non-fat milk to 6 oz line → blend #6 twice → poured on drink; only ½ cup ice.
What is sweetened cold foam?
2 oz soft top + 1 pump flavor (optional) → shake vigorously → add on top.
How much cold foam per flavor pump?
Every 2 oz cold foam = 1 pump flavor.
What is the chiller drizzle rule?
All mochas/white mochas/caramel drinks with sauce get automatic cup drizzle.
What are Oreo scoop rules?
Follow shot count: 2/2/3/4.
What are chocolate chip scoop rules?
½, ¾, 1, 1¼ (S→XL).
What is the red scoop rule?
Used for powders like Mexi powder and chocolate chips.
What should you ask for dirty chais?

How do you dissolve powders for cold brew?
Use ≤1 oz hot water before stirring into drink.
