Better chance of him believing it, he might wondering if they're trying to manipulate them, add more drama to scene, his apparitions are kinda confusing- so he doesn't really question it. He cant ask q's about apparitions . At this point we don't know if they are misleading

He is happy but then decides he will kill macduff. No one born a women- he feels safe but still wants to kill macbeth
