Propaganda
The dissemination of information, ideas, or rumors to influence public opinion or behavior, often biased or misleading.
Trade Union
An organized association of workers formed to protect and advance members’ rights and interests, especially regarding wages and working conditions.
Cronyism
Favouritism shown to friends or associates in hiring, awarding contracts, or other benefits, regardless of merit.
Redress
The act of correcting a wrong or grievance, providing relief or compensation, and restoring fairness in the workplace or society.
Gap year
A year taken between finishing school and entering higher education or work, used for travel, volunteering, or skill development.
Recreational activities

Stigmatisation
The act of labeling or stereotyping individuals, leading to discrimination and social isolation.
