James 1:2

JOY IN TRIALS...Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials

James 1:5

LACK WISDOM...if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God who gives to all men generously and with reproach, and it will be given to him.

TEMPTATION NOT FROM GOD...Let no one say when he is tempted, "I am being tempted by God"; for God cannot be tempted by evil, and He Himself does not tempt anyone.

ALL GOOD FROM GOD...Every good thing bestowed and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation, or shifting shadow.

DOER OF THE WORD.... prove yourselves doers of the word, and not merely hearers who delude themselves.

CONTROL YOUR TONGUE....if anyone thinks himself to be religious, and yet does not bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this man's religion is worthless.

WIDOWS AND ORPHANS....This is pure and undefiled religion in the sight of our God and Father, to visit orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself unstained by the world.

SOLVING CONFLICTS....what is the source of quarrels and conflicts among you? Is not the source of your pleasures that wage war in your members? ...And you are envious and cannot obtain; so you fight and quarrel.

FRIENDSHIP WITH THE WORLD......You adultresses, do you not know that friendship with the world is hostility toward God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend with the world makes himself an enemy of God.

James 4:15

IF THE LORD WILLS...Instead, you ought to say, "If the Lord wills, we shall live and also do this or that."

James 5:14

SICK BECAUSE OF SIN...is anyone among you is sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord;

James 5:16

CONFESS TO ONE ANOTHER...confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much.

Galatians 1:9

FALSE GOSPEL WARNING...if any man is preaching to you a gospel contrary to that which your received, let him be accursed.

Galatians 1:10

FEAR OF MAN....For am I now seeking the favor of men, or of God? Or am I striving to please men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a bond servant of Christ.

Galatians 2:14

CONFRONTING LEADERS....when I saw that they were not straightforward about the truth of the gospel, I said to Cephas in the presence of all, "If you, being a Jew, live like the Gentiles and not like the Jews, how is it that you compel the Gentiles to live like the Jews?"

Galatians 2:20

CHRISTIAN LIVING....I have been crucified with Christ and it is no longer I who live but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and delivered Himself up for me.

Galatians 3:3

SUFFICIENCY OF THE SPIRIT....are you so foolish? Having begun by the Spirit, are you now being perfected by the flesh?

EQUAL ACCESS....there is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

Galatians 6:1

CONFRONTATION....brethren, even if a man is caught in a trespass, you who are spiritual, restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness; each one looking to yourself, lest you too be tempted.

BEARING YOUR LOAD AND OTHERS....bear one anothers' burdens, and thus fulfill the law of Christ. For each one shall bear his own load.

Galatians 6:3

YOU ARE NOTHING....For if anyone thinks he is something when he is nothing, he deceives himself.

Galatians 6:7

CONSEQUENCES TO ACTIONS....Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, this he will also reap. For the one who sows to his own flesh shall from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit shall from the Spirit reap eternal life.
