Ramesses I

Military. Cult of Amun re-established.

Sety I

Military. First to worry about the Hittites. Fought Amarna and Kadesh. Comtemporary to Muwatali (important for Battle of Kadesh)

Ramesses II

Many wives/kids. Buildings all over. Protect borders. Trade. Hypostyle hall. Pi-Ramesses = cult of Seth, Admin/trade center.

Treaty of Shattiwaza

King of Amurru (Shattiwaza) and Suppiliuliuma I. Became a vassal state of the Hittites to retain any power he could.

Suppiliuliuma I

Powerful Hittite king known for military conquests and diplomatic relations, notably with Egypt, and for establishing Hittite dominance in the region. Egyptian queen asked to marry him.

Muwatali I

Fought Ramesses II at Kadesh.
