• kind of middle (compared to the pubis cs its all the way in there)

• like diagonal across from eachother

Lateral epicondyle

• Epi is more above of condyle

• the medial side lowk bigger rmr for position

Tibia: Medial condyle

• tibia is the bigger one, bigger than fibula

• medial condyle, towards the body; on the same side as the medial malleolus (which is lil thing stick out at the bottom)

• that point sticking out

Fibia: Head of fibula

Lateral malleolus

• fibula has the lateral one because it is lateral to the tibia

• Can feel on ur outer ankle

Ankle/foot: Calcaneus

• heel

• Right in front of the talus

Metatarsals 1-5

• 1 is big toe, is medial, to 5 small toe

• Big toe only has proximal and distal, doesn’t have middle
