Third Amendment
The government cannot force you to give living space and food to a soldier unless time of war (if it is time of war they have to make a law to allow this first)
Fourth Amendment
Prohibits unreasonable searches by police
Police cannot search you or seize your property without getting a warrant based on probable cause

Criminal procedure
If you are accused of a crime and arrested, you must be indicted (officially charged)
Double jeopardy
Forced to testify against yourself
