can see it when looking at distal end at articular surface, see crest running alone bone. curves posteriorly at midshaft SHARP ASS PART!!!!

both facets face medial, sharper and straighter ridge

FIB: lateral malleolus

malleolus on the lateral, makes your outer ankle

faces medially, triangular

FIB: malleolar fossa

HOLE IN MALLEOLUS, points to side it is from
