Landlord's Duty to Repair
A landlord's obligation to maintain the rental unit in good condition as specified in section 20 of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA).
Entitlement to Rent Receipts
A tenant's right to receive a receipt for rent payments upon request.
Termination Due to Violence or Abuse
