QNX (GUIDE)

INTRODUCTION

  • QNX or “Backend” has a function to operate business processes such as Bets Manager, User Stats, Risk Manager, Market White Label Overview and Notifications & Authorization Bets.

  • To access the QNX system you need to have an email address and password, 2 factors will be needed also.

CS SUPERVISION

  • The CS supervision tab that includes Pending Withdrawals, Pending Deposits, Users Pending Verification, Last Transaction and Last Registered Users, which also has a filter feature to display exactly the results you need.

Account Supervision

Filter Tools

Please note that these filter tools apply to every operation in QNX:

  • Search by - Upon clicking search by, a drop down list such User ID, User Name, User Email, BET ID & Transaction ID will show, click any of these lists if searching Users' Data is needed.

  • Query - is where you can input desired data that you have chosen at Search by, like for example at search by you have chosen user email then you have to input the email address of the customer you want to search here and hit enter, it will show users data, just click the username to fully view User Info tab.

  • Labels - This consists of the whitelist/site the system serves. To view the available site just click select and the drop-down list will show.

  • Bets Status - Bet status is where we can search for a certain bet's status.

  • Pay Method - This consists of the payment method available on each site.

  • Pay Type - This consists of what type of transaction we need to view between deposit or withdrawal.

  • Pay Status - Pay status tools will help you search transactions through selecting any of the drop-down lists available such as pending, complete, declined, failed, cancelled by user and approved monetary related transactions. Clicking the User Name of a customer will pop up a new tab for User Info details.

  • Clear Button - To reset all filters being applied just click the clear button.

  • Provider - Provider refers to the accredited payment provider that is available on each site.

  • 72 hrs. - When a wWal request reaches 72 hrs. it will automatically be highlighted into (Gold Accent). This will notify the P&F Team that the request already exceeds allowable time to provide and submit the KYC being required; in that case no responses from the customer will be declined as per the rule.
    Clicking the Process button from the right corner side will show the Processing withdrawal form.

CS User Info

  • User info is where you can check a user's Personal Details.

Personal

  • This comprises user’s details, personal data wherein we can view users’ personal details, bank information, user status, user type, identity verification documents and customers note as well as balance history. To be able to view balance history just apply filters and you may choose categories  such as by year or by month.
    On User Details, changing eMail and Password is possible by clicking the Pen icon. The Phone number can be edited under the Personal Data which is in the next step. User ID, User name and Affiliate ID are not changeable.

User Details

  • Changing eMail - changing email will automatically detect if there is a player I already used that email. The CLOSE button will cancel the changing email, SAVE & CLOSE will save the new email.

  • Reset Password – a reset password link will be sent to the registered email.

  • Edit Password - manually change the password of the player. The CLOSE button will cancel the changing password, SAVE & CLOSE will save the new password.

Note: Phone number can be changed in the Personal Data section in the next step.

Personal Data

After clicking the Pen icon on the Personal Data, all players' personal data will be editable.

Here you can edit or change personal data of players, all fields are editable. The Close button will cancel all changing data on the fields, SAVE & CLOSE will save the new data change on the fields.

Please take note that the fields in First Name, Last Name and Country will not need to be empty.

User Status

  • Here you can see the status of the player, whether “Normal”, “Test”, “Closed”,“Suspended”, “Locked” and also the ID Verify status “Pending'', ''Verified``,''Rejected''.


Identity Verification Documents

  • Clicking the file name of the upload file will show what image/ KYC has been uploaded.

The User Verification file shows the file name, file size and image of the uploaded KYC document of a User, subject for verification.

CS USER INFO

  • Customer Note
    Clicking the add new button will expand a field where you can input a note.
    From the expanded field, here you can input important notes to inform other personnel what has been done at this specific account. To input a note just select the cs department and choose the internal type and click save.

  • Financials
    It keeps a record of all monetary transactions that a user completed from the beginning up to the latest transaction.
    Last Deposit and last withdrawal help to verify previous transactions made from users accounts, whereas manual transaction is where P&F Personnel make adjustments to users accounts such as to make deposit or crediting bonus and withdrawal (to deduct users balance ).
    Clicking the process button from the corner side will then show the final step of the process as to approve, decline and set to pending.

  • Processing withdrawal
    The Pending withdrawal tab is where personnel can process, just click process. External and Internal notes as well are available if needed. 2factor code will be needed in order to complete the process and lastly click enter to complete the process.

  • Manual transaction
    P&F Personnel can make an adjustment to users' accounts such as to make deposit or credit bonus by selecting Deposit bonus by selecting deposit and withdrawal (to deduct users balance).
    To completely process the manual transaction your 2factor code must be entered.

  • Activity
    Activity is where login sessions, bets made from a sportsbook, live casino & slots that a user made can be tracked. It also records the registration date, IP & Logged-in time.

  • Sportsbook
    This info will determine users' type and keep records of single & all bets turnover and payout. A Bets overview filter is also provided.

  • Live casino
    This info summarizes users who bet on live casino tables or games by week, month and year. Count, turnover and payout also are displayed and calculated by the system automatically. Spins overview, stats per supplier and stats per table each has filter tools for easy access.

  • Slots
    This info summarizes Users betting on slots game by week, month and year. Count, turnover and payout also are displayed and calculated by the system automatically. Spins overview, stats per supplier and stats per table each has filter tools for easy access.

  • Virtuals
    This info summarizes users betting on virtual games by week, month and year. Count, turnover and payout also are displayed and calculated by the system automatically. Spins overview, stats per supplier and stats per table each has filter tools for easy access.

  • Customer Notes
    This is where you can also input important notes to inform other personnel what has been done at this specific account. To input a note just select the cs department and choose the internal type and click save.

CS Supervision

  • Pending Withdrawals
    Pending wWal tools show wWal requests made by Users that are not yet processed or still waiting for the required KYC.

  • Processing withdrawal
    From here you can process the withdrawal and by clicking the Approve button it will ask for your 2factor code. 2Factor Code  To completely process the withdrawal your 2factor code must be entered.

  • Users Pending Verification
    Pending verification shows Users that have uploaded their KYC for Identity Verification Requirement. All pending, closed and rejected KYC will be shown here. Whereas verified status will automatically be deleted from this list.

  1. Viewing KYC - Just click the Green File Icon (right side corner) and it will show the uploaded KYC from a User.

  2. I.V.S - Below the expanded selected Users' KYC, is the Identity Verification Status (I.V.S.), it is where you can set the user's verification status into "Verified" or "Rejected".

    This tool will keep record of all the monetary related transactions that went through the system such as withdrawal and deposits and any balance adjustments to users accounts.

  • Last Registered Users
    This tool will keep records of all new users that will register per site on a day-to-day basis. Latest registered Users will be shown in the upper section.

Bets Manager

  • Bet Manager Tab Displays Stake that has been made by bettors that was collected by the system for all the sites it serves. It has filter tools to quickly look for bets or to review.

User Manager

The User Manager tab displays all account users that have been created regardless of what label it registered. It compiles all the user accounts created from the beginning of its operation up to the latest date.

It features filter tools that would help easily search for Users' accounts that displays registered date, user info, while list, monetary related data, User’s status etc.

  • Locked - Upon clicking locked it will sort and displays all

locked account.

  • E.V. - E.V refers to email verified, when you click the box all

the account whose email has been verified will be displayed.

  • I.V. - Identity verification has 3 status such as pending,

verified and rejected. just select any of the drop-down list to

display users according to its Identity Verification Status.

  • Status - Status filter will help sort any account such as normal

suspended, closed and tested. just select any of the drop-down list to

display users according to its status.

  • Type - it indicates game behavior of a user, traders will be the

one to determine users’ type.

Localization Glossary

  • Glossary is a list of terms or words relating to sports or games. In this section, it allows you to edit and translate each item.

    • Type - You can filter by clicking on the Type dropdown and select the subject you wish to edit and translate.

    • Context - Type a word here to show a specific heading.

    • Source - In order to increase your chances of finding the correct results, try typing exact letters or spelling. For example, when looking for Bonus, type Bonus.

    • Global Translation - Translations of a piece of content are typed here.

    • Site Translation - All translations that are translated here will display.

    • Language - Set which language node will be.

    • Active only - It shows you all translated and enabled items.

    • Show not translated Global - This can easily identify if there is no translation.

    • Show not translated Site - The easiest way to show content which is not translated.

    • Export - Use the export to copy data from a table to a file.

Reports Sportsbook

  • The Reports tab will allow the organization to generate sportsbook-related activity or bets. It has filter tools to sort the data that is being needed in the report.

Reports Slots

  • The Reports tab will allow the organization to generate slots-related activity or bets. It has filter tools to sort the data that is being needed in the report.

Reports Casino

  • The Reports tab will allow the organization to generate casino-related activity or bets. It has filter tools to sort the data that is being needed in the report.

Reports Virtuals

  • The Reports tab will allow the organization to generate virtual related activity or bets. It has filter tools to sort the data that is being needed in the report.

Reports Payment

  • The Reports tab will allow the organization to generate payment activity. It has filter tools to sort the data that is being needed in the report.

Reports Site Activity

  • The Reports tab will allow the organization to generate site activity. It has filter tools to sort the data that is being needed in the report.

Email Templates

  • Here you can set how the emails are formatted.

  • Create Email Template - If you need to add an email template, you need to click on the create email template button. A popup box will appear.

CMS Templates

  • Here we can add, edit and disabled templates for the website.

  • Language - You can set a language for searching.

  • Type - To edit the homepage content on the website, filter the content by type.

  • Context - You can input a specific Context and it shows the template you are searching.

  • Create Template - If you need to add a CMS template, you need to click on the create template button. A popup box will appear.

  • Action Toggle Button - If you do not want to use the template anymore, you can simply set it to disabled under 'Action'.
