What was the Underground Railroad? Why was it important?
A secret network to help slaves escape slavery.
Although it was quite beneficial, it was also quite
dangerouse because they were only allowed to
go out at night and there was a very high chance
that slave owners would somehow find them and
return them or sell them once again. Despite this,
the network helped many inslaved black people
out of america and helped many black people
escape slavery. It was important because it
helped many black people out of america.

Some conductors were,inslaved once
again,sold,killed,fined,and jailed. Although it did
have many benefits, the job of being a conductor
was very risky. But it helped many black people
out of america and saving them from slavery.

supposed to fix past damages that were caused

A responsible government takes accountibility
and fixes issues and damages caused by
conflict. The government migh of been seen as

People supported the act because it was
