Standard Form of a Line
Ax + By = C, where A, B, and C are constants, and A or B is not 0.
Slope-Intercept Form of a Line
y = mx + b
Point-Slope Form of a Line
y - y1 = m(x - x1)
Slope Formula
m = (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1), given two points (x1, y1) and (x2, y2).
Quadratic Equation
ax^2 + bx + c
Quadratic Formula
x = (-b ± √(b^2 - 4ac)) / (2a)
Midpoint Formula
((x1 + x2)/2, (y1 + y2)/2)
Distance Formula
√((x2 - x1)^2 + (y2 - y1)^2)
Area of a Triangle
A = (1/2)bh
Area of a Parallelogram
A = bh
Area of a Trapezoid

Surface Area of a Right Prism
SA = 2B + Ph, where B is the area of the base, P is the perimeter of the base
Volume of a Circular Cylinder
V = πr^2h
Surface Area of a Right Circular Cylinder
SA = 2πr^2 + 2πrh
Volume of a Pyramid
V = (1/3)Bh, where B is the area of the base
Surface Area of a Right Pyramid
SA = B + (1/2)Ps, where B is the area of the base, P is the perimeter of the base, and s is the slant height.
Volume of a Circular Cone
V = (1/3)πr^2h
Surface Area of a Right Circular Cone
SA = πr^2 + πrs, where s is the slant height.

V = (4/3)πr^3
Surface Area of a Sphere
SA = 4πr^2
Sum of Degree Measures in a Polygon
(n - 2) * 180
Center-Radius Form of a Circle
(x - h)^2 + (y - k)^2 = r^2
Area of a Circle
A = πr^2
Circumference of a Circle
C = πd = 2πr
Area of a Sector
A = (θ/360) * πr^2, where θ is the degree measure of the sector and r is the radius.
Pythagorean Theorem
a^2 + b^2 = c^2
Simple Interest
I = Prt, where P is the principal, r is the rate, and t is the time.
Compound Interest
A = P(1 + r/n)^(nt), where P is the principal, r is the rate, n is the number of times interest is compounded per year, and t is the time.
Distance, Rate, Time
d = rt
Direct Variation
y = kx
Indirect Variation
y = k/x
