Agricultural Waste
Waste generated from planting or harvesting crops, trimming or preening of plants, and wastes or run-off materials from farms or fields.

A person engage in the business of collection, recovery, and transmission of recycle refuse.
Sharps
Includes needles, syringes, scalpels, and any other items that can cause a cut or puncture.
Swill
Garbage that is edible and usable as food and has food value for animals or fowl accumulating from animals or matter wasted from households or food establishments.
