What is Classical Realism?
Humans are naturally selfish and power-hungry, so countries compete for power.
What is Neorealism (Structural Realism)?
The international system is anarchic (no global government), so states must compete for security and power.
What is the difference between Classical Realism and Neorealism?
Classical Realism → Competition comes from human nature (leaders are selfish). Neorealism → Competition happens because the system forces states to act this way (no world police).
What is Classical Liberalism?
Humans are naturally good, and democracy, free trade, and communication lead to peace.
