A lumberjack keeps chopping a tree and yelling timber but it wont fall. He goes to a tree doctor, who says the tree is deaf and finger spells “T-I-M-B-E-R” and the tree finally falls

Deaf success

A deaf driver has a hearing hitchhiker. They get pulled over and the cop lets them go because they don’t know how to sign. When the two switch places and the deaf person is sleeping. The hearing (asl students) tries to pretend to be deaf so they can get away. The cop tells them that they know sign, so they get a ticket anyway.

A husband gets home to a motel but forgot what room they were in, and his deaf wife isn’t answering the phone. He decides to play loud metal music on his car radio and waits till all the room lights are on except one, which is his room.

Play on signs

In the Hong Kong Gorilla story, the giant gorilla spotted a pretty blonde lady where all other people scattered, running for their lives. The gorilla grabbed the little lady and held it in his left hand. He admired the little human, signing (translated as) "You're so beautiful. I love you. Don't worry, I will never hurt you. I want to MARRY." When signing the word MARRY, it crushed the little lady to death.
