Maslow Hierarchy
Self-actualization - realism, self-acceptance, autonomy, authenticity, capable of intimacy, creativity.
Self-esteem - as a person, as a doer, in relationships.
Love and Belongingness - loved, loving, connection
Safety and Security - Safe surroundings, protected by others, knows to avoid risk
Physical Needs - Food, water, shelter, sleep, exercise, etc.
Self-actualization
Fulling true potential and becoming best version of oneself.
Psychological Health
Someone’s emotional, cognitive, and social state.
Growing up Psychologically
Developing personality and identity. Developing healthy self-esteem.
Demoralization
Process of making someone lose confidence and hope.
Demoralized people use all or nothing thinking and overgeneralize the negative - taking responsibility.
When encountering demoralization, fight it.

Mania and Bipolar Disorder
