Student Innovation Center

The student innovation center is open to all students regardless of major because all colleges have presence in building. Students can study, create, learn, collaborate, grab coffee. Can reserve study rooms and request shared office spaces

Makerspaces

Makerspaces are open to all. Some shops and equipment require online training course then hands on training. Maker 101s offered to learn basics of equipment and software engineering.

College of Design info

10 undergrad majors. Might have illustration and game design. 65% of students participate in international programs. Design students have 24/7 access

Hands on experience

Get hands on experience on real projects with organizations in midwest and beyond. For example interior design students worked with older adults on home modification plans to reduce risk of falls and injuries.

Program Distinctions

There have been programs ranked in top 10 most hired from and top 5 masters programs nationwide. Students named in graphic design usa, national olmsted scholar finalists and more

Notable Alumni

Alumni who work in Nike Sportswear and have been involved in making of Iron Man 3, Shrek, and first two spider man movies. An alumni who designed part of Geoffrey Hall
