Acetylcysteine (Acetadote, Mucomyst)

300mg/kg total dose administered as a 21-hour IV infusion regimen consisting of 3 doses. First load over 1 hour, second over 4 hours, third over 16 hours

Albuterol sulfate (Proventil, Ventolin, Proair)

1-2 inhalations (90mcg HFA) every 4-6 hours

Alendronate (Fosamax)

10mg orally once daily OR 70mg once weekly

Allopurinol (Zyloprim)
