Why can’t we know God only through general revelation?

2. General Revelation does not enable the believer to come to the sufficient knowledge of God and his redemptive plan.

What is special revelation?

• God’s manifestations of himself to people at definite times and places

• enables people to enter a redemptive relationship with him
