Leucoplast

“white/colorless”, found in roots and stems, involved in the conversion and storage of sugars in the form of insoluble starch

Chromoplasts

“colored plastids”, contain pigments that give characteristic colors to flowers and fruits, aid in pollination and seed dispersal

Chloroplast

contain photo-pigments that capture solar energy and involved in energy production
