Glass Ceiling

An invisible barrier preventing women and minorities from advancing in the workplace.

Tokenism

When a member of a marginalized group is included to give an appearance of diversity.

Institutionalized Discrimination

Discrimination ingrained within legal, economic, and social systems.

Ingroup Bias

The tendency to view ingroup members more favorably than outgroup members.
