Winston Churchill/Iron Curtain -

Winston Churchill mentioned it in a speech on march 5th to represent the division western nation and USSR nation.Separating eastern europe from west , the world war 11 era had to come to an end Churchill = separation of the Communist nations of Eastern Europe from West Churchill = separation of the Communist nations of Eastern Europe from West

Containment -

A policy Truman presented to process of preventing the expansion of a hostile power. Like the policy throughout the cold war, a long term patient but firm vigilant containment  of russia. 

Massive retaliation -

A policy that Eisenhower proposed to threatening a massive response , including the use of nuclear weapons against  a communist  state trying to seize a peaceful state by force. 

Berlin Wall -

Berlin was built on August 13, 1961 cutting Berlin in east and west berlin. The West belonged to the USSR  under a communist rule and the East was under the Us with a democratic government. it became a symbol of the Cold war.
