Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
Involuntary, obsessions and compulsions that are time-consuming and maladaptive, a person believes this will prevent a particular (usually unrelated) outcome.
Body dysmorphia disorder
Can't stop thinking about one or more perceived defects or flaws in your appearance.
Hoarding disorder
Accumulation of excessive items that clutter living spaces and interfere with daily life, causing distress and impairment.
Derealization
A sense that this is not really happening.
Depersonalization
Sense that this is not really me.
Dissociative amnesia with or without fugue
Gaps in memory, inability to recall life events that go far beyond normal forgetfulness.
Dissociative identity disorder
Multiple personality disorder, where some might "lose time" but also manifest a separate identity during that time.
Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
Intrusive thoughts related to a traumatic experience, which diminish interest in formerly pleasurable activities. General detachment from reality.
Anorexia nervosa
Intense fear of gaining weight, limiting food intake.
Bulimia nervosa
Eating large amounts of food in short periods.
Purging
Throwing up to lose weight.
Binge-eating disorder
Bulimia without purging.
Cluster A
Odd or eccentric, social detachment, and unusual beliefs.
Paranoid personality disorder
General distrust in circumstances.
Schizoid personality disorder
Limited emotional expression and detached from social situations.
Schizotypal personality disorder
Superstitions or disturbance in thought (almost like delusions).
Cluster B
Emotional, erratic, dramatic behaviors.
Antisocial personality disorder
Disregard, violence, Ex, lying or cheating.
Borderline personality disorder
Instability in relationships, identity disturbance, impulsivity, chronic feeling of emptiness.
Histrionic personality disorder
Attention seeking.
Narcissistic personality disorder
Sense of self-importance, lack of empathy, arrogant behaviors.
Cluster C
Anxious or fearful.
Avoidant personality disorder
Social inhibition due to sensitivity and criticism.
Dependent personality disorder
Need to be cared for, clingy.
Obsessive-compulsive personality disorder
Concern for order at the expense of openness and play. These people believe that an issue lies with other people who do not see the need for things to be ordered in a certain way.
