Exo because it gives out energy

why is ANAerobic not as effective as AErobic

-The glucose molecules don’t get broken down completely

-Transfers less energy

Build up of lactic acid from anaerobic respiration

How does your body get rid of excess lactic acid

Converted back to glucose in the liver

Why does oxygen debt happen

Oxygen is needed to convert lactic acid into glucose, so you need to keep breathing heavily even after exercise to pay off ur oxygen debt to the Van Der Linde gang…
