What is the General Performance Model?
Performance = Ability + Motivation + e. (Success requires both the skill and the drive).
What are "Need Theories"?
Motivation based on innate/universal human desires (e.g., Maslow) and the drive to satisfy them.

What are "Cognitive Theories"?
Motivation based on thought processes and how we mentally decide which direction to take.

What are "Reinforcement Theories"?
Motivation based on consequences—using rewards or punishments to drive behavior.
What are the three levels of performance? Does performance in one influence the other?
Individual, Workgroup, and Organization.
