Tongue
Responsible for swallowing, located inside the mouth.
Incisors / Canines
Teeth involved in mechanical digestion, found surrounding the tongue in the mouth.
Esophagus
Transports food to stomach, located next to and underneath the trachea.
Stomach
Site of chemical and mechanical digestion, looks like a sack, located underneath the diaphragm and liver.
Liver
Produces bile, located under the diaphragm.
Pancreas
Produces insulin, found between and under the left liver and large intestine.
Small Intestine
Absorbs nutrients, surrounds the large intestine and resembles fettuccine alfredo.
Large Intestine
Reabsorbs water, surrounded by the small intestine and has a more circular shape.
Rectum
Stores feces, located next to the ureter.
Anus
Referred to as the back door, situated under the tail.
Scapula
Facilitates motion in the shoulder, a big bone located near the skull.
Humerus
Enables movement in the arm, located between the scapula and radius-ulna.
Femur
Provides stabilization for the body, situated above the tibia and fibula.
Tarsals
Helps stabilize the rear end of the pig, located under the tibia and fibula.
Right & Left Atria
Receives blood, the small muscle located above the heart.
Right & Left Ventricles
Pumps blood, the bottom part of the heart forming a V shape.
Right & Left Lungs
Conducts gas exchange, located right above the diaphragm and around the heart.
Trachea
Transports air to the lungs, a tube found in the neck.
Diaphragm
Aids in breathing, located between the liver and lungs.
Left & Right Kidney
Filters blood and removes nitrogen waste, located under the small intestine.
Ureter
Carries urine to the bladder, located next to the feces tube.
Urinary Bladder
Stores urine, found near the umbilical cord.
Ovary
Produces eggs, represented as a curly tube with small nuts on both sides.
Testes
Produces sperm, located near the rear side for males.
