Language- Helps actors broaden their role capabilities, otherwise, there are many roles in one language, or they could just learn the lines for the language
Projection- While it helps actors be understood better, actors mic’s could be turned up for better hearing

Trouble shooting- being able to see a problem and find a solution via trial and error is very important because otherwise the quality of the production is in grave danger.
eye for talent- Being able to see an actor and tell they could pull off a role is the fundamentals of if a production goes well.

Patience- while a director being patient could help the production run smoothly, it doesnt ultimately
Well rounded- While it would be helpful for the director to know how to do all aspects of theater, it isnt a big deal if they arnt as they can just callaborate closely with people who have a better understanding in that area
