నేను ఇప్పుడు ఏమి చేస్తున్నానో గమనిస్తున్నాను

I am noticing what I am doing right now

నేను కొంచెం ఆలోచించి మాట్లాడాలి

I should think a little before I speak

నేను ఈ రోజు ఎంత సమయం వృథా చేశానో గుర్తు చేసుకుంటున్నాను

I am remembering how much time I wasted today

నేను ఇప్పుడే మొదలుపెట్టే మంచిది

It is better if I start right now

నాకు ఇంకా కొంచెం అభ్యాసం అవసరం

I still need a little more practice

ఇది నాకు ఇప్పుడు స్పష్టంగా అర్థం అవుతోంది

This is becoming clear to me now

నేను దీన్ని మరోసారి ప్రయత్నిస్తాను

I will try this one more time

నేను తొందరపడకుండా చేయాలి

I should do it without rushing

నాకు ఇది ఎందుకు కష్టంగా అనిపిస్తుందో ఆలోచించాలి

I should think about why this feels difficult to me

నేను చేసే తప్పులు నాకు నేర్పిస్తున్నాయి

నేను అనువాదం చేయకుండా నేరుగా ఆలోచించాలి

I should think directly without translating

నా మనసులో వచ్చిన మొదటి మాట తెలుగు లో ఉండాలి

The first word that comes to my mind should be in Telugu

నేను చిన్న వాక్యాలతో మొదలుపెట్టాలి

I should start with short sentences

తర్వాత నేను పెద్ద వాక్యాలు కూడా చెప్పగలను

Later I can say longer sentences too

నేను నేను చేసినది క్రమంగా వివరించగలను

I can describe what I did step by step

నేను ఇప్పుడు ఎక్కడ ఉన్నానో చెప్పగలను

I can say where I am right now

నేను ఏమి అనిపిస్తుందో తెలుపుకోగలను

I can express how I feel

నాకు ఇప్పుడు ఆకలి వేస్తోంది

I am feeling hungry now

నాకు ఇప్పుడు కొంచెం అలసట ఉంది

I feel a little tired now

నేను ఇప్పుడు శాంతంగా ఉండాలి

I should stay calm now

ఈ పని ముగిసిన తర్వాత నేను విశ్రాంతి తీసుకుంటాను

After this work is finished, I will rest

ముందు ఈ ఒక పని పూర్తి చేయాలి

First I should finish this one task

నేను ఒక దాని మీద ఒకసారి దృష్టి పెట్టాలి

I should focus on one thing at a time

నేను దీన్ని సులభ భాగాలుగా విభజించాలి

నా మాటలో వేగం కన్నా స్పష్టత ముఖ్యం

Clarity is more important than speed in my speech

నేను మొదటిగా సరిగ్గా చెప్పడం నేర్చుకోవాలి

First I should learn to say it correctly

తర్వాత వేగంగా మాట్లాడడం వచ్చేది

Speed in speaking will come later

నేను ఏమి చూశానో వివరించే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తున్నాను

I am trying to describe what I saw

ఆ వ్యక్తి ఏమి అన్నాడో గుర్తు చేసుకుంటున్నాను

I am remembering what that person said

ఆ కథలో ముఖ్య విషయం ఏమిటో అర్థం చేసుకుంటున్నాను

I am understanding what the main point of that story is

నేను జరిగిన పనిని ముందు నుంచి చివరి వరకు చెప్పగలను

I can tell what happened from beginning to end

ముందు ఏమి జరిగింది, తర్వాత ఏమి జరిగింది అని ఆలోచిస్తున్నాను

I am thinking about what happened first and what happened next

నేను నా రోజుని తెలుగు లో వివరించడం అభ్యాసం చేస్తున్నాను

I am practicing describing my day in Telugu

ఉదయం నేను ఎప్పుడు లేచానో చెప్పగలను

I can say when I woke up in the morning

తర్వాత నేను ఏమి తిన్నానో చెప్పగలను

Then I can say what I ate

ఆ తర్వాత నేను ఎక్కడికి వెళ్లానో చెప్పగలను

After that I can say where I went

అక్కడ నేను ఎవరిని కలిశానో కూడా చెప్పగలను

I can also say whom I met there

ఆ సందర్భంలో నాకు ఏమి అనిపించిందో తెలుపుకోగలను

I can express how I felt in that situation

నేను నా అభిప్రాయాన్ని సరళంగా చెప్పగలను

I can say my opinion simply

నాకు ఇది నచ్చింది అని చెప్పడం సులభం

It is easy to say that I liked this

నాకు ఇది నచ్చలేదు అని కూడా మర్యాదగా చెప్పగలను

I can also say politely that I did not like this

నేను ఎందుకు అలా అనుకుంటున్నానో వివరించాలి

I should explain why I think that

నాకు తెలిసినదానిని మాత్రమే చెప్పాలి

I should say only what I know

నాకు తెలియని దాని గురించి అడగడం మంచిది

It is good to ask about what I do not know

నాకు ఈ పదం అర్థం తెలియదు

I do not know the meaning of this word

దీన్ని ఇంకో విధంగా చెప్పవచ్చా అని అడగాలి

I should ask whether this can be said in another way

ఇప్పుడు వాడిన ప్రయోగం నాకు నచ్చింది

I liked the expression that was used just now

నేను దాన్ని గుర్తు పెట్టుకొని తర్వాత వాడాలి

I should remember it and use it later

నేను ఒక మాటని వివిధ సందర్భాలలో వాడడం నేర్చుకుంటున్నాను

I am learning to use one phrase in different situations

ఒకటే భావనని అనేక విధాలుగా చెప్పవచ్చు

The same idea can be said in many ways

నేను సరళంగా చెప్పినా సరే, అర్థం వచ్చేలాగా ఉండాలి

Even if I say it simply, it should be understandable

నేను నా మనసులో నేనే ప్రశ్నలు అడుగుతున్నాను

I am asking myself questions in my mind

నేను దీన్ని ఎందుకు చేస్తున్నాను

Why am I doing this

నేను తర్వాత ఏమి చేయబోతున్నాను

What am I going to do next

నాకు ఇది ఇప్పుడు ముఖ్యమా

Is this important to me right now

ఈ సమయాన్ని నేను బాగా ఉపయోగించుకుంటున్నానా

Am I using this time well

నేను నా దృష్టిని మళ్లీ పని మీదకి తీసుకురావాలి

I should bring my focus back to the task

నేను పక్కన ఉన్న విషయాలతో డిస్ట్రాక్ట్ అవ్వకూడదు

I should not get distracted by things around me

నేను కొంచెం నిధానంగా ఊపిరి తీసుకుంటాను

I will breathe a little more slowly

ఆ తర్వాత మళ్లీ మొదలుపెడతాను

After that I will start again

నేను ఆగిపోయినా పర్వాలేదు, కానీ తిరిగి మొదలుపెట్టాలి

It is okay if I stop, but I should start again

నేను నన్ను నేనే విమర్శించకుండా అభ్యాసం చేయాలి

I should practice without criticizing myself

I should notice even small wins

ఇప్పుడు నేను బాగా మాట్లాడిన భాగాలు ఏవో గుర్తు చేసుకుంటున్నాను

I am remembering which parts I spoke well just now

నా బలహీనతల కన్నా నా బలాల మీద కూడా దృష్టి పెట్టాలి

I should focus not only on my weaknesses but also on my strengths

నేను విని అనుకరించడం ద్వారా చాలా నేర్చుకుంటున్నాను

I am learning a lot by listening and imitating

నేను వాక్యాల లయం మరియు ధ్వని ని కూడా గమనిస్తున్నాను

I am also noticing the rhythm and sound of sentences

పదాలు మాత్రమే కాదు, వాటి మధ్య ప్రవాహం కూడా ముఖ్యం

Not only the words, but also the flow between them is important

నేను తెలుగు లో ఆలోచించడం అలవాటు చేసుకుంటున్నాను

I am building the habit of thinking in Telugu

నాకు తెలిసిన విషయాలతోనే ముందు ఆలోచించాలి

I should first think with the things I already know

సరిపోయే పదం దొరకకపోతే సరళ పదం వాడతాను

If I cannot find the exact word, I will use a simpler word

ముఖ్యమైనది మాట్లాడడం, ఆగిపోవడం కాదు

The important thing is to keep speaking, not to stop

నేను ఏమి చెప్పాలని అనుకుంటున్నానో మొదలు పెట్టి తర్వాత వివరాలు ఇస్తాను

I should start with what I want to say and then give details

మూడు వాక్యాలతో ఒక చిన్న కథ చెప్పే అభ్యాసం చేయాలి

I should practice telling a small story in three sentences

ఆ తర్వాత ఐదు వాక్యాలతో చెప్పగలను

After that I can say it in five sentences

ఒకటి జరిగిన విషయం, రెండు నా భావన, మూడు తర్వాత ఏమి చేశానో

One for what happened, two for my feeling, three for what I did next

ఈ విధంగా మాట్లాడితే కథనం సులభం అవుతుంది

If I speak this way, narration becomes easier

నేను ప్రతిదినం ఒకే విషయం గురించి కూడా కొత్తగా చెప్పే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తాను

Every day I will try to say even the same thing in a new way

నేను నా రోజు ముగిసిన తర్వాత దాన్ని తెలుగు లో సంక్షిప్తంగా గుర్తు చేసుకుంటాను

At the end of my day, I will briefly review it in Telugu

ఈ రోజు నేను ఏమి నేర్చుకున్నానో నాకు నేనే చెప్తాను

I will tell myself what I learned today

రేపు నేను దీన్ని ఇంకా బాగా చేయగలను అని నమ్ముతున్నాను

I believe I can do this even better tomorrow

నేను నిధానంగా అయినా క్రమంగా ముందుకు సాగుతున్నాను

I am moving forward steadily, even if slowly

నేను మాట్లాడుతూనే నేర్చుకుంటున్నాను, నేర్చుకుంటూనే మాట్లాడుతున్నాను

I am learning by speaking, and speaking by learning

ఇది నా ప్రయాణం, దీన్ని నేను ఆనందంగా కొనసాగిస్తాను

This is my journey, and I will continue it with joy
