Police will arrest prisoners who have been recalled to prison for breaching the terms of their license. As a result of Sarah’s law, the police also cooperate with the this organisation in managing the list of offenders living in the area

Refer victims and witnesses of crime to victim support. E.g women’s refugees

The CPS will prepare and present the prosecution case against offenders. Also appeals against unduly lenient sentences. These would both be presented in courts

Responsible for holding prisoners attending court, pending their transfer/ transfer to prisons. They also arrange video recording for prisoners who are giving evidence form prisons
