Let every soul be subject to whom?

The higher powers

Who ordained the powers that be?

God

Resisting the power equals resisting whose ordinance?

God's

What will resisters of authority receive to themselves?

Damnation

To what are rulers not a terror?

Good works

To what are rulers a terror?

Evil works

Do good and you will receive what from authority?

Praise

Who is called "the minister of God to thee for good"?

The ruler

What weapon does the minister of God not bear in vain?

The sword

Whom does the ruler avenge with wrath?

Him that doeth evil

For what two reasons must you be subject?

Wrath and conscience sake

Why do you pay tribute?

Because rulers are God's ministers attending continually

What should you render to whom tribute is due?

Tribute

What should you render to whom custom is due?

Custom

What should you render to whom fear is due?

Fear
