• Create derivative works (Adaptations, remixes)

• Transmit the work electronically

  • Producing the work required your creativity

    • Even a bit - a “modicum of creativity” (US standard)

    • The exact amount of skill, labour or judgement required cnnot be defined (SG, 1991)
