• Humeral head: medial epicondyle of humerus

Distal attachment: lateral surface of the middle radius

Flexor Carpi Radialis

Proximal attachment: medial epicondyle of the humerus

Distal attachment: base of the 2nd metacarpal

Palmaris Longus

Proximal attachment: medial epicondyle of the humerus

Distal attachment: flexor retinaculum, palmar aponeurosis

Flexor Carpi Ulnaris

Proximal attachment:

• Humeral head: medial epicondyle of humerus

• Ulnar head: posterior border of proximal olecranon of ulna

Distal attachment: pisiform, hook of hamate, 5th metacarpal

Flexor Digitorum Superficialis

Proximal attachment:

• Humeroulnar head: medial epicondyle of humerus, coronoid process of ulna

• Radial head: anterior border of proximal radius

Distal attachment: bodies of middle phalanges of medial 4 digits

Flexor Digitorum Profundus

Proximal attachment: medial and anterior surfaces of ulna, interosseous membrane

Distal attachment: bases of distal phalanges of medial 4 digits

Flexor Pollicis Longus

Proximal attachment: anterior surface of radius, interosseous membrane

Distal attachment: base of distal phalanx of the thumb

Pronator Quadratus

Proximal attachment: anterior surface of distal ulna

Distal attachment: anterior surface of distal radius
