Emotions
Psychological, behavioral, and physiological episodes towards an object/person/event that create a state of readiness.
Attitudes
A cluster of beliefs, feelings, and behavioral intentions.
Emotional Labour
Managing and regulating one's emotions to meet the demands of a job/situation, especially roles that require interaction with others.
Emotional Intelligence
The ability to perceive, understand, manage, and regulate emotions in oneself and others.
