Secondary - early detection and treatment of disease

Market justice
Focused on economic good governed by free market forces (supply/demand), and the market functions best without governmental interference. Individuals are responsible for their own achievements and capability of affording care. People make rational choices and consult their doctor for direction with treatment, which should theoretically minimize medical waste.
Social justice
Focused on social good/well-being of the community, so health is a shared responsibility. Healthcare should be distributed on the basis of need, and equiatable distribution should be collectively financed. The facilitation of such a system requires governmental intervention.
