It alternates Opp and Same so
Shoulder- opp
Elbow- same
Proximal RU- opp
Distal RU- same
Wrist- opp
Fingers- same
Hip- opp
Knee- same
Ankle- opp
Toes- same

To improve joint arthrokinematics perform:
Inferior for ABD
Posterior for early flexion (0-45 deg)
Posterior for IR
Posterior for Horizontal ADD
Anterior for extension/ER
Anterior for horizontal ABD
Anterior for late flexion (120-180 deg)

Elbow
Same roll and glide
