Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (RA 10175)
It is the law which is aimed at addressing legal issues concerning online interactions and the internet in the Philippines.
Illegal Access
Access to the whole or any part of a computer system without the right to do so.
Illegal Interception
Interception made by technical means, without right or any nonpublic transmission of computer data to from or within computer system.
Data Interference
Intentional or reckless alteration, damaging, deletion or deterioration of computer data, electronic document or data message without right, including transmission of viruses.
System Interference
Intentional alteration or reckless hindering or interference with the functioning of a computer or network by inputting, transmitting, damaging, deleting, deteriorating.
Misuse of Devices
Use, production, sale procurement, importation, distribution, or otherwise making available, without right of a device, including program designed to primarily for the purpose of committing any of the offenses.
Cybersquatting
Acquisition of a domain name over the internet in bad faith to profit, mislead, destroy reputation, if such domain name is similar, identical, or confusingly similar to an existing trademark registered with the appropriate government agency.
Computer-Related Offenses
Forgery - Input, alteration, or deletion of data without right resulting in inauthentic data.
Fraud - A person intended to deceive others with use of computer. Unauthorized input, alteration, deletion of data, or program in the system causing damage.

Any lascivious exhibition of sexual organs or sexual activity with the aid of a computer system.
Libel
Unlawful or prohibited acts of libel committed through a computer system.
Child Pornography
The unlawful or prohibited acts defined an punishable by Republic Act. No. 9775 or the Anti-child Pornography Act of 2009, committed through a computer system.
