Elevation of the scapula (superior part)
Depression of the scapula (inferior part)
Retraction of the scapula ( middle part, or all three)
Upward rotation of the scapula (superior and inferior togther)

spinal accessory nerves and C3-C4 spinal nerve!

spinous process C7-T12

illiac crest
inferior 3-4 ribs

extension of shoulder

thoracodoral nerve

dorsal scapular nerve
