Seen in the case of l’estrange which aso created the law that. if a party signs a contract the are obliged to it even if they have not read it. couchmnan created the law that said the law on written statment can be displaced if a key part of the cointract was said verballuy but was not involved through the written contract.

terms can be part of a contract if they are listed on a sign in the case of shoe lane parking warnign was giuven on the ticket produyced by a machiene but relevant information about it was further within the car park meaning it as to late.
