dependent variable

independent variable
A variable that stands alone and isn't changed by other variables in an experiment or mathematical function.
range
It represents all possible output values.
domain
The set of all possible input values.
function
A relation that assigns each input exactly one output, often expressed as an equation.
relation
A relationship between sets of values, where each input corresponds to one or more outputs.
inequality
A mathematical statement that compares two expressions using <, >, ≤, ≥, or is not equal to.
compound inequality
