Subclavius
Muscle that depresses and protracts the clavicle.
Serratus anterior muscle
Muscle that protracts the shoulder and rotates the scapula upward.
Deltoid muscle
A large, triangular muscle located in the shoulder, crucial for moving the upper arm and stabilizing the shoulder joint.
Pectoralis major
The largest muscle of the anterior chest wall, underneath the breast tissue and forming the anterior wall of the axilla.
Latissimus dorsi
Large back muscle responsible for shoulder extension, adduction, medial rotation, and trunk stabilization.
External oblique muscle
The largest and most superficial of the flat abdominal wall muscles.
Trapezius muscle
A large, triangular muscle at the back of the neck and thorax, important for posture and movement of the head, neck, and shoulders.
Teres major muscle
Thick, ovoid muscle located in the upper arm, extending from the lower scapula to the proximal humerus.
Triceps brachii
A three-headed muscle on the posterior upper arm that extends the forearm at the elbow joint.
Sternocleidomastoid muscle
Powerful neck muscle allowing bending, turning, or tilting of the head.
Pectoralis minor
A thin, triangular muscle located at the upper part of the chest, beneath the pectoralis major.
Biceps brachii
Prominent muscle located on the front of the upper arm, involved in flexing the forearm at the elbow.
Levator scapulae muscle
Large, superficial muscle in the upper back and neck, responsible for elevating the shoulder blades.
Rhomboid Major and Minor
Muscles that retract and stabilize the scapula.
Palmaris longus
Muscle visible as a small tendon located between the flexor carpi radialis and the flexor carpi ulnaris.
