In sentences with se impersonal or se passive, the verb is always conjugated in the third person (he/she/it or they).
If the noun is singular, the verb is conjugated in third person singular.
Example: Se vende una casa. (A house is sold.)
If the noun is plural, the verb is conjugated in third person plural.
Example: Se venden casas. (Houses are sold.)
The se impersonal does not require a specific noun.
Example: Se vive bien aquí. (One lives well here.)
The se passive requires a noun, and the verb changes
to plural if the noun is plural.
