Trail of tears/Indian removal act

Jackson ignored the Supreme Courts decision to let the Indians stay in the land East of the Mississippi River, so tribes like the Cherokee, Creek, Choctaw, Chickasaw, and Seminole were forced to relocate. A lot of indian people died on this journey and thats why its called the trail of tears

Jackson vetos the U.S banks Charter trying to be reinstated, and sees him becoming a president a justification for him crushing the Bank of the U.S. This leads to government deposits being put into state “Pet banks”. Leads to the nations bank weakening
