willful and malicious burning of the dwelling of another - modified to encompass any building or structure

Burglary

breaking and entry of the dwelling house of another at night with the intention to commit a felony - modified to cover an illegal entry into any structure at any time of day with a criminal intent

Computer Trespassing

a lack of authorization to access a computer or computer system

Criminal Mischief

damage or destruction of tangible property

Criminal Trespass

the unauthorized entry or remaining on the land or premises of another

Curtilage

the area immediately surrounding a dwelling that is considered part of the habitation

Defiant Trespass

entering or remaining on the property of another after receiving notice that presence is without consent

Tangible Property

physical property, including personal property and real property
