Prioritize the most important, or the most urgent matters. The sun represents the order of priority. The people standing represents the more important/urgent matters. The people kneeling are the less important/urgent matters.

Explain: "If a child washed his hands, he could eat with kings."

You should work hard before you become successful. The washing of hands represents the diligence and perseverance. The eating with kings represents the success for it is considered a great honor to eat with kings.
