Emphysema
A respiratory condition characterized by shortness of breath, wheezing, coughing, and possible weight loss.
Stroke
A medical condition that results in one-sided weakness, loss of vocabulary ability, headache, confusion, dizziness, high blood pressure, unequal pupils, and seizures.
Myocardial Infarction
A condition marked by angina, shortness of breath, dizziness, faintness, and nausea.
Hyperglycemia
A metabolic state characterized by chronic thirst/hunger, dehydration, increased urination, and nausea.
Tuberculosis
An infectious disease presenting with fever, night sweats, energy/appetite loss, and weight loss.
Pulmonary Edema
A condition with symptoms of dyspnea, pale/sweaty appearance, hypertension, tachycardia, crackles/wheezing, and low SPO2.
Pneumonia
An infection characterized by fever, chills, green mucus, shortness of breath, chest pain, headache, and crackling.
Spontaneous Pneumothorax
A condition showing tachycardia, low SPO2, cyanosis, wheezing, swelling in one or both legs, increased lung sounds in the injured lung, and shortness of breath.
Pulmonary Embolism
A condition with symptoms of chest pain, wheezing, leg pain/swelling, shortness of breath, cough, and anxiety.
Epiglotitis
A condition characterized by sore throat, difficulty swallowing, stridor, tripod position, and muffled voice.
Cystic Fibrosis
A genetic disorder leading to fatigue, frequent pneumonia, coughing up blood/mucus, chills, and abdominal pain/distention.
Viral Respiratory Infection
An illness involving infection of the lungs, shortness of breath, cough with yellow/green sputum, and fever/chills.
Alcohol Abuse
Condition characterized by swaying, slurred speech, slow reaction time, and poor condition.
Renal Failure
A condition wherein the kidneys are unable to function properly, leading to severe dehydration.
Hematemesis
The act of vomiting blood.
Icteric
A term describing yellow eyes, indicating jaundice.
Meningitis
Inflammation of the protective coverings of the brain and spinal cord, presenting with fever, stiff neck, headache, vomiting, and altered mental status.
Necrosis
The condition of skin dying or tissue death.
Edema
Swelling caused by excess fluid trapped in the body's tissues.
Miosis
A condition characterized by pinpoint pupils or excessive constriction of the pupils.
