Articulate a claim and support it with evidence (This is the Argumentative Essay- 4 brief paragraphs. MUST INCLUDE THE 3-PART THESIS AT THE END OF PARAGRAPH 1)
Draw a conclusion
Use available information to formulate an accurate statement that demonstrates understanding based on evidence. (Minimum 2 sentences (usually 3-4)- clearly state the conclusion and its connection to the stimulus. Again, clearly define/ describe the 2 parts and use course vocabulary in your conclusion)

Provide information about how or why a relationship, process, pattern, position, situation, or outcome occurs, using evidence and/or reasoning. Explain “how” typically requires analyzing the relationship, process, pattern, position, situation, or outcome, whereas explain “why” typically requires analysis of motivations or reasons for the relationship, process, pattern, position, situation, or outcome. (Minimum 3 sentences- define terms, provide context, and clearly explain all parts of the connection.)
Identify
Indicate or provide information about a specified topic, without elaboration or explanation (1 complete sentence- use the language of the prompt!)
