PaaS

delivers development tools, such as software environments, over an internet connection. PaaS includes infrastructure from IaaS and the middleware and tools developers need to create a finished product. it isn’t a total solution that your project’s end users would use, but it is all the pieces that your team needs to create the finished product

SaaS

complete software stack. it is the infrastructure, environments, and the actual product that an end user would sue

XaaS

general term for any cloud computing service. cloud computing itself is XaaS, and PaaS is a XaaS option. in this sense, you can use XaaS as a general term for the notion that you are hiring a third party to handle a computing service
