La evolución biológica: es el conjunto de cambios en ca racteres fenotípicos y genéticos de poblaciones. Dicho proceso a originado la diversidad de formas de vida que existen sobre la tierra a partir de un antepasado común. Puntos claves de la Evolución Biológica. La E.B engloba los siguientes puntos: 1)Las especies cambian a lo largo del tiempo: toda la diversidad de especies actuales se han originado a partir de especies pasadas que se han ido modificando a lo largo de muchos años y continúan modificandose. 2)Organismo actuales provienen de formas de vida del pasado: todos los organismos(incluidos los seres humanos)están emparentados entre sí y comparten un antepasado común. 3)Un especie puede transformarse en otra por acción y selección natural: la teoría de Darwin postuló la selección natural como mecanismo de evolución biológica. Según Darwin, el ambiente proporciona condiciones que hacen que algunas características heredables sean más ventajosas qué otras Origen de la diversidad Biológica: los organismos mejor adaptados se producían mas y conquistaban nuevos nichos alimenticios, mientras que los que contaban con características menos ventajosas iban reduciendo su proporción hasta eventualmente extinguirse.
